  27. In most cases, Pegger works perfectly with LW 3.5, but I too have found 
  28. that with certain image sequences, LW will not recognize the image format 
  29. being uncompressed by Pegger.

  31. As far as I can tell, this only happens if I compress the image with something
  32. other than Pegger...for instance, if I digitize a sequence of images with 
  33. my VLab Y/C, they get stored to the hard drive in YUVN format...I then 
  34. run ProControl with ADPro to convert the YUVN images to JPEG format, but 
  35. then when I go to use the image sequence in LW, it does not recognize the 
  36. image format.  If I select load image and pick one frame from the image 
  37. sequence, it works fine, but if LW tries to load this same image while in 
  38. an image sequence, forget it.

  40. The only solution I've found to this problem is, instead of compressing 
  41. the YUVN images directly into JPEG format, I use ADPro and ProControl to 
  42. convert them from YUVN to IFF24, save them, and then let Pegger Snoop out 
  43. the new IFF images and do the actual JPEGging instead. (murder on the hard 
  44. drive with all that simultaneous loading and saving!)

  46. I've only tried this on one VLab image sequence, so far, and it worked fine,
  47. but I'm still not 100% sure if this totally solves the problem or not.
